Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following conditions:

  • Time Limit: Request must be made within 7 days of the original purchase date.
  • Course Progress: You must not have completed more than 25% of the course content, including videos watched, quizzes taken, and assignments submitted.
  • Certificate: No course completion certificate should have been issued.
  • First-time Request: This must be your first refund request for this particular course.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following purchases are not eligible for refunds:

  • Courses purchased at promotional or discounted prices
  • Bundle or combo course packages
  • Subscription fees once the billing period has started
  • Mock test packages after the first test has been attempted
  • Courses where more than 25% content has been accessed
  • Courses with completion certificates already generated

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your ISOL account
  2. Navigate to Subscriptions from your dashboard
  3. Find the course you wish to refund and click "Request Refund"
  4. Fill in the refund request form with your reason
  5. Submit the request and wait for confirmation

Alternatively, you can email us at support@isoleducation.com with:

  • Your registered email address
  • Order ID or Transaction ID
  • Course name
  • Reason for refund

4. Refund Processing

Once your refund request is approved:

  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refund Method: Amount will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase
  • Bank Processing: Additional 3-5 business days may be required for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank
  • Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed

5. Partial Refunds

In certain circumstances, partial refunds may be granted:

  • Course progress between 25-50%: Up to 50% refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis
  • Technical issues preventing access: Prorated refund for the inaccessible period
  • Course content significantly different from description: Evaluated individually

6. Subscription Cancellation

For subscription-based purchases:

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Subscriptions page
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No refunds for partial billing periods
  • Access continues until the end of the paid period

7. Disputes and Appeals

If your refund request is denied and you wish to appeal:

  1. Contact our support team within 7 days of denial
  2. Provide additional information supporting your case
  3. Our team will review and respond within 3 business days
